Powermatic Data Systems (SGX:BCY) established a new indirect subsidiary, Airion Communications, in Malaysia, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company which specializes in the design and manufacturing of wireless connectivity devices, were down over 1% in Wednesday trading.
The new subsidiary was incorporated through the company's direct subsidiary, Compex Technology, and will focus on the marketing and distribution for wireless connectivity products.
