消息面上，2月3日，深圳龙光控股发布关于公司债券重大事项的公告。公告称，为推进深圳市龙光控股有限公司(以下简称“公司”或“龙光控股”)公开市场债务后续重组安排，列示的21笔公开市场债券/资产支持证券(以下合称或单称“标的债券”)已于2025年内分别召开债券持有人会议/有控制权的资产支持证券持有人大会，审议通过《关于本期债券整体重组的议案》/《关于本期资产支持证券整体重组的议案》。
此外，龙光控股拟对《重组议案》约定的部分潜在抵债资产所适用的重组方案其他选项或资产处置安排进行调整。在本公告涉及的潜在抵债资产调整实施前后，各重组方案其他选项或资产处置安排涉及的潜在抵债资产的总评估价值相近。
