Nine Entertainment (ASX:NEC) received notice that State Street and its affiliated entities became substantial holders of the company on Monday, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
State Street now owns 79.4 million shares in the company, representing a 5.01% total voting power, the filing said.
