　　亚盛医药-B（06855）盘中涨超3%，截至发稿，股价上涨1.38%，报45.88港元，成交额3697.50万港元。

　　据医药观澜消息，2月2日，中国国家药监局药品审评中心（CDE）官网公示，亚盛医药申报的1类新药APG-3288片获批临床，拟开发治疗复发/难治性血液系统恶性肿瘤。公开资料显示，这是亚盛医药研发的新一代BTK靶向蛋白降解疗法。该产品于今年8月已经在美国获批临床，拟开发治疗复发/难治B细胞恶性肿瘤。

　　APG-3288是亚盛医药自主研发的首个新型高效和高选择性BTK降解剂。该分子通过促进三元复合物的形成，随之经蛋白酶体降解BTK。临床前研究结果显示，与其他在研BTK降解剂相比，APG-3288具更强的BTK降解能力、更高的选择性及更优越的PK特征，呈现潜力。
