智通财经APP讯，乐思集团(02540)发布公告，于2026年1月，北京乐思创信及公司董事会主席赵利兵先生与今日头条、懂车族及武汉星图新视界科技有限公司(武汉星图)订立一份保证合同，据此，北京乐思创信及赵先生同意以今日头条、懂车族及武汉星图为受益人提供一项保证，以对霍尔果斯柠檬科技有限公司(霍尔果斯柠檬)、北京乐效、霍尔果斯芒果及北京乐享(各自为北京乐思创信的全资附属公司)的付款责任提供保证。新保证与下列各方就采购媒体平台上的广告位以发布移动广告所订立的业务合作协议有关：霍尔果斯芒果及武汉星图;霍尔果斯柠檬、北京乐效、霍尔果斯芒果、北京乐享及懂车族;及霍尔果斯柠檬、北京乐效、霍尔果斯芒果、北京乐享及今日头条，期限为2026年1月1日至2026年12月31日。
鉴于长期合作关系，该等媒体平台在北京乐思创信及赵先生提供保证的前提下愿意提供对集团有利的信贷条款，因此北京乐思创信及赵先生同意以今日头条、懂车族及武汉星图为受益人订立新保证，以保证霍尔果斯柠檬、北京乐效、霍尔果斯芒果及北京乐享支付采购广告位的付款责任。
