　　粤港湾控股（01396）盘中涨超4%，截至发稿，股价上涨3.05%，报6.75港元，成交额1189.98万港元。

　　粤港湾控股宣布，拟折让约8.40%发行合共2031.1万股认购股份，净筹约1.216亿港元。董事会拟将认购事项所得款项净额用于集团的一般营运资金，具体而言，约90%拟用于潜在AI算力云服务项目；及约10%拟用于日常运营费用。

　　值得注意的是，公司近日宣布，深圳市福田区国资委旗下福田资本的子公司以增资形式入股粤港湾控股旗下天顿数据的项目公司，投资额达8亿元人民币，获得40%股权，资金将专项用于该公司在粤港澳大湾区的算力网络布局。公开资料显示，天顿数据是中国第一梯队智算建设运营商之一，其具备投建运营高性能算力万卡集群的稀缺能力和实践经验，可满足千亿参数级大模型训练需求。
