Elders (ASX:ELD) said it has strengthened its partnership with agricultural drone supplier Australia Agritech (AA) after a series of drone demonstration days held across Esperance, Albany, and Geraldton regions of Western Australia (WA), according to a Monday statement by the company.
"With AA's DJI T 100, growers in WA can now use the drone to undertake spraying, spreading and lifting operations, all of which can contribute strongly to increased farm productivity and return on investment," said State Advisory Services Manager, WA, Craig White.
The company said its agronomy team is also advancing training to incorporate drone mapping into paddock assessments and advisory support, helping clients access more accurate, data-driven insights.
The company's shares rose 3% in recent Monday trade.
