金吾财讯 | 新世界发展(00017)股价高位回调，截至发稿，跌11.25%，报10.1港元，成交额9777万港元。消息面上，据媒体报道，私募股权公司黑石集团或将成为香港房地产开发商新世界发展有限公司（新世界发展）的最大股东。据悉，谈判始于2025年第四季度，目前处于核心条款磋商阶段。黑石集团计划通过“现金认购新股+受让郑氏家族旧股”的组合方式增持，最终持股比例可能超过30%。知情人士同时表示，郑氏家族不会完全退出，但持股比例可能降至15%以下。随后，新世界发展发布公告回应称：“公司获悉有媒体报导揣测有关公司的潜在投资者。公司已向其控股股东（周大福企业有限公司）（下称“周大福企业”）作出查询并获周大福企业告知，于本公告日期：(a) 周大福企业获若干潜在投资者就可能投资公司之事宜接洽；(b) 其尚未与任何该等潜在投资者达成任何协议；(c) 其尚未就该等潜在投资之金额、性质或形式达成任何协议；及 (d) 概不保证该等潜在投资将会进行与否。
