Emperador (SGX:EMI) sold 1.3 million treasury shares to qualified employees under its employee stock option plan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The shares were sold for 7.00 Philippine pesos apiece to qualified employees, the filing showed.
