　　北交所年内首只停牌核查股来了！

　　2月4日晚间，*ST云创（920305）发布股票异常波动暨停牌自查公告，公司股票自2月5日起停牌，预计将于2月12日前复牌。

　　交易行情显示，2月3日—2月4日，*ST云创区间累计涨幅61.29%，截至2月4日收盘，公司股价报10元/股，总市值13.24亿元。

　　*ST云创表示，公司存在财务类强制退市风险；存在重大违法强制退市风险。目前，公司不存在筹划或者实施重大资产重组计划。
