路透2月4日 - 生物技术公司PrimeGen US周三表示，将通过与空白支票公司DT Cloud Star Acquisition DTSQ.O的15亿美元交易在美国上市。
交易预计将于2026年下半年完成，之后合并后的公司将以PrimeGen US的名义运营，并预计在纳斯达克交易所上市。
这项交易达成之际，一些公司对通过与特殊目的收购公司(SPAC) 合并上市的兴趣再次高涨，以此作为传统上市的替代方式。
SPAC 以空壳公司的形式运作，通过 IPO 筹集资金，随后与私人控股公司合并并上市。
