公司从未在香港及中国内地与任何名为“鼎立天恒(Dingli Tianheng)”、“中国鼎立资本(China Dingli Capital)”或“北京鼎立天恒(Beijing Dingli Tianheng)”的组织有过任何业务往来或合作关系;公司与名为闫宗琪的人士(目前持有中国鼎立资本的50%股权)并无任何关系或关联;及公司与名为闫亭予的人士(据称与鼎立天恒存在关联)并无任何关系或关联。
公司保留对发布或传播不实信息的相关人士采取法律行动的权利，并寻求其他可行的法律救济(包括但不限于在其认为合适的情况下，针对假冒行为提起诉讼)，以维护公司及其股东的利益。
