智通财经APP讯，维亮控股(08612)发布公告，于记录日期，根据供股提呈发售的供股股份(发售股份)合共3.11亿股。董事会宣布，于2026年2月3日(星期二)下午四时正(即供股股份的最后接纳时限)，共接获5份有效接纳，涉及合共7834.49万股供股股份，相当于供股股份总数约25.19%。据此，供股出现2.33亿股供股股份的认购不足，相当于供股股份总数约74.81%，该等股份将受补偿安排所规限。
本公司将作出GEM上市规则第10.31(1)(b)条所述安排，透过向独立承配人提呈发售不获认购供股股份及除外股东未售出供股股份，以出售232,695,073股不获认购供股股份及除外股东未售出供股股份，收益归该等因供股而获提呈该等股份之股东所有。供股将不设额外申请安排。于2025年10月17日，本公司与配售代理就按尽力基准向独立承配人配售不获认购供股股份及除外股东未售出供股股份而订立配售协议。
