Winfull Group (HKG:0183) unit Wealth Tool agreed to sell certain service apartments to Lee Kok Kwan and Rosemary Yvonne, two independent third parties, for 280 million yen, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The firm will use proceeds from the sale for general working capital.
