内华达博彩控制委员会主席 Mike Dreitzer 表示，此举旨在履行监管职责，保护当地博彩业秩序及州内居民利益。此次诉讼发生在 Coinbase 宣布与 Kalshi 合作、在全美 50 个州推出预测市场服务后不足一周。尽管 Kalshi 受美国商品期货交易委员会在联邦层面监管，但州级监管机构仍可针对相关业务提起法律挑战。
