红星资本局2月4日消息，今日，红星资本局从大润发母公司高鑫零售（06808.HK）处获悉，公司暂时无法与执行董事兼首席执行官李卫平取得联系。为确保公司运营的稳定性与连续性，目前相关经营管理工作已由高鑫零售董事会主席华裕能统筹代管。

　　此前，有消息称，高鑫零售CEO李卫平被警方带走协助调查，上周五开始已未出现在公司。

　　据高鑫零售公告，截至目前，公司暂时无法与李卫平取得联系。当前，公司各项经营活动正常有序推进，年货销售旺季相关工作稳步开展，商品供应、服务保障等均未受到影响。为确保公司运营的稳定性与连续性，目前相关经营管理工作已由高鑫零售董事会主席华裕能先生统筹代管，四大区区总和集团高管紧密协同配合，全面保障各项管理工作平稳落地、业务有序推进。

　　根据公告，李卫平于2025年12月1日正式加入高鑫零售，任高鑫零售CEO仅两个月。此前，2018年9月至2025年11月，李卫平任职于盒马并担任过多个岗位。

　　“李卫平的专业背景与集团的三年战略高度契合。”高鑫零售曾在公告中指出，公司期待李卫平推动三年战略全面落地，深耕商品和供应链建设，强化商品差异化与供应链效率，推进门店调改与多业态布局，加速线上业务增长。
