1月22日，北京供销社投资管理中心在上交所成功发行首单商业房地产抵押贷款支持证券（CMBS），华泰联合证券担任财务顾问，华泰资管担任计划管理人。本次CMBS发行规模9.31亿元，其中优先级资产支持证券规模9.30亿元，票面利率2.1%。此次CMBS成功发行是全国供销合作社系统首单CMBS。

北京市供销合作总社将以此次CMBS成功发行为契机，积极探索更加多元化的资本运作模式。
