Sweden's EQT Mulls Sale of Stake in Software Provider Thinkproject, Bloomberg Says, Citing Sources

--Swedish buyout group EQT is considering a sale of its majority stake in software-as-a-service provider Thinkproject, Bloomberg says, citing people familiar with the matter.

--EQT is working with Arma Partners to gauge interest, Bloombers reports.

--A deal could potentially value Thinkproject at up to 1.5 billion euros ($1.77 billion), according to one of the people.

--An EQT representative declined to comment, and a spokesperson for Arma didn't respond to requests for comment, Bloomberg adds.
