智通财经APP讯，微盟集团(02013)发布公告，认购协议(经认购补充协议修订)所载的所有第二A批认购事项先决条件已告达成或获豁免(如适用)，第二A批认购事项已于2026年2月4 日根据认购协议(经认购补充协议修订)的条款完成;及配售协议(经配售补充协议修订)所载的所有先决条件已告达成，配售协议下第二A批认购股份的配售已于2026年2月4日根据配售协议(经配售补充协议修订)的条款完成。合共 1.72亿股认购股份已根据认购协议(经认购补充协议修订)的条款及条件，按认购价每股认购股份2.26港元获认购。紧随第二A批认购事项完成后，本公司的公众持股量将不少于经第二A批认购事项扩大后本公司已发行股份总数的25%。
第二A批认购事项的指定人士为Infini Global Master Fund(IGMF)，其与第一A 批认购事项及第一B批认购事项的指定人士相同。于完成第二A批认购事项后，认购方及IGMF将不会成为本公司的主要股东(定义见上市规则)。
