Champion Technology (HKG:0092) completed the placing of over 112.9 million shares to at least six investors at HK$0.177 apiece to raise net proceeds of HK$19.5 million, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The renewable energy company will use proceeds as working capital and potential investment opportunities.
