智通财经APP讯，江苏宁沪高速公路(00177)发布公告，江苏宁沪高速公路股份有限公司(以下简称“本公司”)于2024年12月收到中国银行间市场交易商协会(以下简称“交易商协会”)的《接受注册通知书》(中市协注〔2024〕SCP401),根据《接受注册通知书》，本公司自2024年12月30日起2年内可分期发行规模不超过人民币40亿元的超短期融资券。本公司于2025年12月收到交易商协会的《接受注册通知书》(中市协注〔2025〕SCP363),根据《接受注册通知书》，本公司自2025年12月4日起2年内可分期发行规模不超过人民币40亿元的超短期融资券。于2026年2月3日，本公司发行了2026年度第三、四、五、六期超短期融资券。
