智通财经APP讯，翰思艾泰-B(03378)发布公告，因工作调整，肖婕妤女士(肖女士)由非执行董事获调任为执行董事，自2026年2月8日起生效。
于肖女士调任执行董事生效后，彼将不再担任审核委员会的成员，自2026年2月8日起生效。自2026年2月8日起，独立非执行董事张琼光博士已获委任为审核委员会的成员。
董事会进一步宣布，因个人职业规划原因，张辉先生(张先生)已辞任本公司联席公司秘书、副总经理、首席财务官、董事会秘书职务，自2026年2月8日起生效。
本公司另一名联席公司秘书李健威先生(李先生)，将继续担任本公司的公司秘书。本公司已调任肖女士为其总部的主要联络人，负责维持与李先生的日常沟通。
董事会进一步宣布，委任肖女士担任公司首席财务官、董事会秘书，自2026年2月8日起生效。根据服务合约，肖女士将收取基本薪酬每年人民币七十五万元及酌情花红，酌情花红将由董事会经参考(其中包括)肖女士的表现及本集团的整体表现不时厘定。
