智通财经APP讯，远东控股国际(00036)发布公告，于2026年2月2日，公司接获上市复核委员会的函件，通知经考虑公司及上市科提交的意见书，包括公司于聆讯中提交的意见书后，上市复核委员会决定维持上市委员会决定根据上市规则第6.01(3)条暂停公司股份买卖，理由是公司未能遵守上市规则第13.24条的规定，即未能维持足够的营运水平及有足够价值的资产支持其营运，从而保证其股份持续上市。
此外，应公司的要求，股份将于2026年2月3日上午9时正起暂停在联交所买卖。
