智通财经APP获悉，TCL电子(01070)涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.3%，报12.32港元，成交额7933.66万港元。
消息面上，上月，TCL电子宣布与索尼签署战略合作意向备忘录：拟设立一家承接索尼家庭娱乐业务的合资公司，合资公司将由TCL持股51%及索尼持股49%。新公司将在全球范围内开展包括电视机和家庭音响等产品在内的，从产品开发、设计、制造、销售、物流到客户服务的一体化业务运营。国信证券指，TCL电子与索尼合作，有望实现优势互补，加速索尼及TCL电视业务在海外市场的发展。
此前，公司发布公告称，预期2025年度的经调整归母净利润约在23.3亿至25.7亿港元之间，同比将取得约45%至60%的增长。天风证券认为，TCL电子为全球彩电行业领先企业，持续修炼中高端+全球化运营能力带动TV业务份额稳步扩张，同时在主航道之外夯实光伏、全品类营销、互联网业务等增长动能。公司同时具备红利属性和科技潜力，由于公司业绩盈喜公告超出预期，预计25-27年公司经调整归母净利润为24.7/28.8/34.5亿港元。
