　　万国黄金集团（03939）盘中涨超9%，截至发稿，股价上涨3.56%，现报13.37港元，成交额3.94亿港元。

　　万国黄金集团此前发布公告，预期2025年度公司拥有人应占溢利约14亿至15亿元，同比增长约143%至161%。根据董事会目前所得资料，预期溢利增加主要是由于黄金产品销售量及价格上升所致。

　　值得注意的是，陈景河先生获委任为万国黄金集团首席顾问，自2026年2月2日起生效。此外，公司已成立战略发展委员会，为集团现有业务的发展策略及未来潜在项目提供建议。公开资料显示，陈景河为紫金矿业集团股份有限公司创始人、原董事长。
