* 香港恒隆地产0101.HK周二早盘一度升3.1%，报9.53港元。
* 投资研究机构晨星在报告中表示，将恒隆地产的公允价值预估从9港元上调至9.5港元。由于需求低迷，去年中国内地办公楼组合收入按人民币计值较上年下跌8%，但得益于上海、无锡和大连等城市强劲的入驻率和零售表现，商场收入同比增1%。
晨星并指，恒隆地产通过合资企业租赁上海和无锡零售项目相邻的楼面空间，寻求轻资产扩张，预计这些新区域将从2028年起贡献收益。
