智通财经APP讯，中金公司(03908)发布公告，中国国际金融股份有限公司(以下简称“公司”)近日收到中国证券监督管理委员会(以下简称“中国证监会”)出具的《关于同意中国国际金融股份有限公司向专业投资者公开发行公司债券注册的批复》(证监许可〔2026〕154号，以下简称“批复”)。
根据该批复，中国证监会同意公司向专业投资者公开发行公司债券的注册申请。其中，本次公开发行一年期以上公司债券面值总额不超过200亿元，本次公开发行短期公司债券面值余额不超过150亿元。该批复自同意注册之日起24个月内有效，公司在注册有效期内可以分期发行公司债券。
