ChainCatcher 消息，加密钱包 Rainbow 发布 RNBW 代币在 Uniswap 进行 CCA 启动的认购细则。预认购将于北京时间 2 月 2 日 23:00 开启持续至 2 月 3 日 23:00 结束，同步开启 CAA 机制拍卖，并于 2 月 5 日 23:00 结束。
每个区块设定单一清算价格。当清算价格≤用户的最高出价时，订单即成交。起拍价为每枚 0.1 美元、完全稀释市值为 1 亿美元，隐含市值约 1900 万美元，CCA 机制总出售量：500 万枚（占供应量 0.5%），支付方式为 USDC。
活动结束后，CCA 参与者可从 Uniswap 领取 RNBW 代币，RNBW 空投奖励可在移动端应用领取。非美国 CoinList 参与者将直接收到代币，随后代币将在 Base 及中心化交易平台开放交易。
