智通财经APP讯，天齐锂业(09696)发布公告，于2026年2月3日，董事会审议通过了《关于择机处置公司部分参股公司股权的议案》，本公司拟择机处置持有的SQM的A类股数量合计不超过356.6万股(占SQM股份总数的比例不超过1.25%)，且出售股份以不触发公司按照上市规则及《深圳证券交易所股票上市规则》应提交股东会审议批准的情形为限。本公司自2025年12月26日起已处置通过全资子公司天齐锂业香港持有SQM的B类股74.85万股，占SQM股份总数的0.29%。于本公告日期，本公司通过全资子公司 Inversiones TLC SpA(天齐智利)持有SQM的A类股6255.66万股，占其股份总数的21.90%;本公司不再持有SQM的B类股。
本公司本次拟处置部分参股公司股权，有助于进一步盘活本公司存量资产，增强资产结构的灵活性，提高本公司整体资产流动性和资金使用效率，为本公司后续经营发展及资源配置提供更多空间，对本公司财务状况和稳健经营具有积极意义。
