Digital Turbine shares rallied premarket after the provider of services to cell-phone carriers swung to a fiscal third-quarter profit.
For the fiscal third quarter, the Austin, Texas, company swung to a profit of $5.1 million, or 3 cents a share, for the quarter ended in December, from a loss of $23.1 million, or 22 cents a share, a year earlier.
Stripping out certain one-off items, Digital Turbine posted adjusted earnings of 18 cents a share.
Revenue rose 12% to $151.4 million.
For 2026, Digital Turbine targeted revenue in a range between $553 million and $558 million.
Shares of Digital Turbine, which preinstalls apps on smart-phones for carriers and manufacturers, rose 19% to $5.90 premarket.
