Esquire Financial Raises Dividend 14%

Esquire Financial raised its quarterly dividend by 14% to 20 cents a share.

The Jericho, N.Y., holding company for Esquire Bank said Monday it will pay the new dividend on March 2 to shareholders of record as of Feb. 13.

The new payout, equal to 80 cents a year, represents an annual yield of 0.72% based on Monday's closing price of $110.48.

This marks Esquire's fifth consecutive dividend increase since initiating dividends in 2022, Chief Executive Andrew Sagliocca said.
