FirstService's board has raised the property-services company's quarterly dividend by 11%, to 30.5 cents from 27.5 cents.
The new payout, equal to $1.22 a year, represents an annual yield of about 0.8% based on Tuesday's trading price of $152.65, up from 0.72%.
The Toronto company said the increased dividend is payable April 7 to shareholders of record March 31.
