智通财经APP讯，德银天下(02418)发布公告，为遵守经修订上市规则第19A.28B条，董事会已于2026年2月1日决议，自2026年2月1日起，由选用初始指定门槛更改为替代门槛，以遵守经修订上市规则第19A.28B条项下有关最低公众持股量要求。董事会认为，选用替代门槛将为公司日后进行资本管理活动时提供更大灵活性。
根据经修订上市规则第19A.28B条，倘公司拟选用替代门槛，于联交所上市并由公众持有的H股部分必须于任何时间(i)达最少10亿港元的市值;(ii)占公司H股所属类别已发行股份(不包括库存股份)总数的至少10%。截至本公告日期，根据经修订上市规则第19A.28A条计算的由公众持有的公司股份市值为约39亿港元，而公司的公众持股量百分比为约25.32%。
