ChainCatcher 消息，Ondo Finance 在官网发文表示，Ondo Global Markets 已向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）秘密提交注册声明。该文件一旦生效，将为全球投资者提供符合 SEC 标准的发行人级信息披露。
目前 Ondo Global Markets 已成为全球最大的代币化股票平台，资产管理总额（TVL）突破 25 亿美元，累计交易额超 90 亿美元。Ondo Finance 通过整合 SEC 注册的转让代理、经纪交易商、投资顾问及替代交易系统（ATS），旨在支持包括直接持有、受益所有权及原生代币化证券在内的所有主要代币化模式。目前该平台已为非美国投资者提供 200 多枚代币化美国股票和 ETF。
