Deswell Industries (DSWL) appointed Karen Chan Chi Yin as chief financial officer, effective Feb. 2.
She succeeds Herman Wong, who resigned to pursue other interests, the company said Tuesday in a statement.
Chan most recently served as CFO at SIM Technology Group.
