Welife Technology (HKG:1703) said HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng resigned as its auditor after both sides failed to reach an agreement regarding fees, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
Shares of the restaurant operator gained over 2% in morning trade Tuesday.
The firm said it would appoint Global Link CPA as its new auditor, subject to shareholder approval at its upcoming annual meeting.
