路透此前报导，新地一名执行董事上周已遭停职，因涉及中国内地商场营运的腐败事件，公司方面对此拒绝置评。
摩根大通称，涉贪传闻迄今未经证实，而该行认为，即使事件属实，由于该名执董并非公司关键人物，因此预期事件影响相对轻微，且不会引发结构性估值下调。
