智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，2月2日，未来机器有限公司(01401)股东将股票由华通证券转入香港上海汇丰银行，转仓市值9689.76万港元，占比6.33%。
未来机器有限公司公告，于2025年10月至2026年1月期间，已与多间位于阿拉伯联合大公国、孟加拉人民共和国、印度共和国、斯理兰卡共和国及土耳其等国的信誉卓着的电讯及手机分销公司订立9份谅解备忘录。该等合作对于集团业务从传统ODM 模式转型至海外市场输出整体解决方案的国际营销战略而言有着重大意义，是向前迈出的至关重要的一步。
根据谅解备忘录，各方将会发挥自身优势及利用其资源，实现全面合作，借此把握商机及开发共同知识产权。此外，集团亦会供应手机及智能装置，协助业务伙伴推广产品品牌，并在相关地区扩大市场份额。于本公告日期，业务伙伴已下达150万部手机的订单，合约总值约1亿美元。
