本轮融资由 Dragoneer 投资集团、DST Global 和红杉资本领投，穆巴达拉资本、Andreessen Horowitz 和 T． Rowe Price 跟投。根据 Tracxn 的数据，截至 2024 年最后一次外部融资时，Waymo 的估值为 450 亿美元。
Waymo 是 Alphabet 在 2016 年从谷歌的自动驾驶汽车项目中分拆出来的，是美国唯一一家提供付费机器人出租车服务的运营商，没有安全驾驶员或车载服务员。
