2月3日金融一线消息，据江苏农商联合银行官网1月26日更新的名单，该行已形成“一正五副”的高管架构，分别是行长尹立鸿，副行长吴耀祥、王骏、宋波、李健、张斌。

　　2025年2月，江苏省人民政府发布《省政府关于组建江苏农村商业联合银行股份有限公司的通知》，宣布将江苏农信联社改制组建为江苏农商联合银行。

　　不久后的3月18日，江苏农商联合银行创立大会在南京召开。会议审议通过了《江苏农村商业联合银行股份有限公司筹建工作报告》等14项议案，召开了第一届董事会第一次会议和职工代表大会，选举了董事长、职工董事和非职工董事并且聘任了行长、副行长以及其他高级管理人员。

　　根据江苏金融监管局发布的关于江苏农村商业联合银行股份有限公司开业的批复，江苏农村商业联合银行股份有限公司获批开业，核准中文简称为江苏农商联合银行，核准股东构成、出资额、持股份额和持股比例。同时，胡建斌获批担任董事长、尹立鸿获批担任行长。

　　今年1月，该行领导班子进一步调整。据江苏金融监管局2026年1月12日的批复，李健、张斌的副行长任职资格正式获批。
