智通财经APP讯，龙皇集团(08493)发布公告，经股东于2025年10月17日举行的股东特别大会上通过有关更改公司名称的特别决议案后，开曼群岛公司注册处处长已于2025年10月30日发出更改名称注册证明书，证明本公司英文名称已由“Dragon King Group Holdings Limited”更改为“ Scorching Dragon Holdings Limited”，以及本公司双重外文中文名称由“龙皇集团控股有限公司”更改为“炙龙控股有限公司”。香港公司注册处处长已于2025年12月15日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书，确认本公司根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部于香港注册的英文名称由“Dragon King Group Holdings Limited”更改为“ Scorching Dragon Holdings Limited”，以及本公司中文名称由“龙皇集团控股有限公司”更改为“炙龙控股有限公司”。
自2026年2月6日上午九时正起，于联交所进行股份买卖的本公司英文股份简称将由“DRAGON KING GP”更改为“S. DRAGON”，而中文股份简称将由“龙皇集团”更改为“炙龙控股”。本公司于联交所进行股份买卖的股份代号将维持不变，仍为“8493”。
