金吾财讯 | 据媒体报道，据知情人士透露，卡塔尔正准备与日本最大公用事业公司Jera签署一项长期液化天然气销售协议，这标志着两国之间一度萎缩的燃料贸易出现转机。卡塔尔能源公司将向Jera每年出售约300万吨液化天然气，该协议最快可能于本周公布。汇编数据显示，卡塔尔去年向日本供应约330万吨液化天然气，而2017年这一规模约为1000万吨。该协议将为卡塔尔注入一针强心剂。此前，随着日本这一全球第二大液化天然气买家转向美国等竞争对手、选择更灵活的供应方式，卡塔尔在日本市场的业务持续流失。与此同时，卡塔尔正推进大规模扩产计划，到2030年其出口能力将几乎翻倍，达到1.42亿吨，因此亟需稳定客户。
