2月2日，巴克莱银行利率策略师在研究报告中预计，美国财政部在下一季度以及整个2026财年将维持附息债券的发行规模不变。分析师Dhiraj Narula指出，这一预测与此前的政策指引一致，意味着自2024年2月至4月最后一次增加发行量以来，发债规模已整整两年保持稳定。Narula在报告中强调，美国的底层财政状况依然严峻。
他指出：“接近2万亿美元的年度赤字使美国财政部在债务发行方面持续承压。”虽然目前预计规模维持不变，但Narula提醒道，美国财政部在去年11月曾表示已“开始初步考虑未来增加”标售规模的可能性。因此，即将发布的季度再融资公告可能会透露这些扩产计划的最新进展。
