Soon Hock Enterprise (SGX:SHE) is expecting an improvement in its revenue and net profit in 2025, compared to a year earlier, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The company has attributed this to the receipt of a partial temporary occupation permit for its Stellar@Tampines project and sales revenue from the building's units.
The real estate developer is expected to release its financials on or around Feb. 23, the filing added.
