ANE Delisting Set for Feb. 9 After Cayman Court Sanctions Scheme

ANE (Cayman) (HKG:9956) and Celestia BidCo said the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands has sanctioned the scheme of arrangement for the proposed privatization and delisting of the company, according to a Monday joint Hong Kong bourse filing.

Subject to the remaining conditions, the scheme is expected to become effective on Feb. 5, with the company's shares set to be withdrawn from trading on the Hong Kong exchange on Feb. 9, the filing showed.
