智通财经APP获悉，康耐特光学(02276)回落逾4%，截至发稿，跌4.24%，报59.9港元，成交额5675.21万港元。
消息面上，康耐特光学近日宣布，拟配股2700万股，每股配售价52港元，较公司1月26日收市价每股58.5港元折让约11.1%，所得款项净额约14亿港元。配售完成后总股本预计由4.80亿股增至5.07 亿股。
华创证券认为，本次配售并非因为现金流紧张，或系公司主动、前瞻地为未来2-3 年的资本开支和产能扩张进行储备。瑞银则表示，康耐特光学长期的估值重估驱动因素依然稳固。预期在未来几个季度，其XR业务的潜在盈利贡献将更为明朗，且在中国及海外市场的新款智能眼镜产品发布，可持续为公司股价提供催化剂。
