智通财经APP获悉，电力股全线走低，截至发稿，华能国际(00902)跌5.26%，报5.4港元；华润电力(00836)跌3.48%，报17.18港元；华电国际(01071)跌2.91%，报4.01港元。
消息面上，1月30日，国家发展改革委、国家能源局联合印发《关于完善发电侧容量电价机制的通知》，其中提到“分类完善煤电、天然气发电、抽水蓄能、新型储能容量电价机制，优化电力市场机制。”
中信建投表示，《通知》明确煤电容量电价机制完善后，各地可根据电力市场供需、参与市场的所有机组变动成本等情况，适当调整省内煤电中长期市场交易价格下限，适当放宽煤电中长期合同签约比例要求。同时，《通知》鼓励供需双方签订灵活价格机制。我们认为煤电交易下限的打开或导致部分省份电价中枢进一步下降。
