智通财经APP获悉，内房股继续走低，截至发稿，融信中国(03301)跌6.21%，报0.136港元；新城发展(01030)跌6.13%，报2.45港元；融创中国(01918)跌4.13%，报1.16港元。
野村发布研报称，据报道多家开发商已获豁免“三道红线”的披露要求。若此豁免得到确认，意味着北京对持续下滑的房地产行业日益关注，而对开发商债务积累风险的担忧有所减轻。然而，该行认为此豁免很大程度上仅具象征意义，因为相关限制自2022年底已大幅放宽、自2023年中以来并未严格执行、对多数开发商已不再构成约束，因此此次放宽并不代表任何实质性政策放松。
中银国际则认为，“三条红线”政策本身不是本轮市场调整的导火线，目前亦不是房企发展和财务的主要约束。因此，该行相信放松“三条红线”不会有太明显的效果，内房股的调整属过度反应，而其中升幅较大的出险企业，其当前股价有较大风险。
