TrickleStar (SGX:CYW) named Ling Hee Keat as executive chairman, effective Monday, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the smart energy solutions company were down over 3% in Tuesday trading.
Ling was previously a non-executive independent chairman and has now been re-designated.
Ling is also serving as a non-executive director of Maxdotcom, Nuswarna Development, Armada Marketing and Perfect Peak, the filing showed.
