Parkway Life REIT Could Post Near 20% DPU Gain This Year -- Market Talk

0316 GMT - Parkway Life REIT is likely to report a near 20% gain in distribution per unit in 2026, thanks to a projected rental step-up for Singapore hospitals, say DBS Group Research analysts in commentary. The Singapore hospital segment accounted for most of the real-estate investment trust's higher portfolio valuation, they say. The analysts expect potential further upside if a key Singapore hospital delivers stronger-than-expected revenue after its asset enhancements, which are almost fully completed. DPU growth could also be driven by acquisitions and other asset enhancements, as the trust has ample debt headroom, the analysts say. DBS continues to like Parkway Life for its high-quality earnings visibility and maintains a buy rating and S$4.75 target price. Units rise 0.5% to S$4.09. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
